Privacy Policy
This document explains how we process personal data on this website under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais, Law No. 13,709/2018).
Last updated: September 24, 2026
1. Who controls the data
The processing described in this policy is carried out by Daen System Desenvolvimento Soluções e Tecnologia LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 13.454.820/0001-03 and established in Uberlândia/MG.
For personal data matters, use the channels on the contact page and state that your request concerns privacy and data protection.
2. Data we process
This is a corporate and editorial website. It has no user registration, signed-in area, shopping cart or payment flow.
- Data you submit through the contact form: name, email address, WhatsApp number when provided and message.
- Technical request data recorded by the server: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser user agent and response status. The contact email also includes the IP address, an approximate device type and an estimated location from the edge network, when available, to help identify abuse.
- Preferences stored in your own browser, such as your selected light or dark theme.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, sexual life or other sensitive data that is unnecessary for support. We do not build user profiles or make automated decisions about you.
We use first-party audience measurement: opened pages, article views, control clicks and presence signals while the page is visible. Recent presence associates a temporary identifier with the connection IP address, browser, device type, page and language. We do not record typed text, clipboard contents or the external destination of clicks.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Respond to a contact you initiated, depending on the nature of the request, based on pre-contractual procedures or legitimate interests.
- Maintain service security and stability, based on legitimate interests and using technical server records.
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations when applicable.
We do not use contact-form data for marketing unless you request it.
First-party measurement helps us understand how content is read and monitor how the website operates. It relies on legitimate interests, without behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Sharing, service providers and international transfers
We do not sell personal data or provide it to third parties for their own commercial use.
We use service providers that may process data under our instructions and only to the extent required to operate the website:
- Edge network provider, which delivers the website and performs the contact form's anti-bot verification.
- Infrastructure and cloud providers used for operations, storage and backups.
- Email delivery and receiving providers used to route and respond to the message you submit through the contact form.
Some providers operate distributed infrastructure and may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. In those situations, transfers must remain limited to what is necessary and follow the mechanisms and safeguards required by the LGPD and regulations issued by Brazil's National Data Protection Authority.
You may request current information about the providers involved, their purposes and transfers involving your data through the channels listed in this policy.
Data may be shared with public authorities when required by law or a court order.
5. Artificial intelligence
This website does not send contact-form content to any artificial intelligence service.
In systems we develop, artificial intelligence integrations are being implemented on a project-by-project basis. Planned uses include text review and improvement, image generation and conversion between text and speech. Each feature is optional and enabled by the client.
Before activation, the project must define which data may be sent to the API provider, for what purpose, which records are required and how long they will be retained. The provider's data practices must also be assessed and disclosed according to the feature and project.
No such feature will be enabled without the client's knowledge and choice. Outputs will require human review and will not be used to make automated decisions about you.
6. How long we keep data
Contact messages are kept as long as needed to provide support and maintain the relationship history, then deleted or anonymized.
Technical server records have a short retention period and are used for diagnostics and security. The contact form limit keeps temporary counts tied to an identifier derived from the IP address for up to one hour, without storing the message text.
Presence covers activity during the previous 15 minutes. Detailed presence records expire after 24 hours and are removed during the next collection. Aggregated daily totals are retained for up to 90 days and removed during the next collection. Each article's cumulative view count and the presence record remain without visitor identification.
Longer periods only apply when required by law.
7. Information security
The website is delivered over an encrypted connection, with a content policy restricted to its own origin and edge protection against automated traffic.
Administrative access is limited to people who need it, and backups are stored in infrastructure separate from the production server.
No measure eliminates risk completely. If an incident creates relevant risk, we will follow legal requirements for notifying affected individuals and the competent authority.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and does not use a third-party audience measurement service.
Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
First-party measurement uses the daenhost_publico session cookie, which is limited to this website and separate from administrative access. It recognizes the same browser during a session and prevents a presence refresh from counting as another view. It contains no name, email address or advertising information and can be blocked or removed in browser settings. Without this cookie or JavaScript, this measurement is not recorded. Session duration also depends on browser settings and server expiration.
The contact form's anti-bot check may store a temporary identifier to distinguish a person from automation. It exists only for that purpose.
9. Your rights
Brazilian law grants you, as applicable, the right to confirm whether processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, request portability, obtain information about sharing, object to unlawful processing and withdraw consent when consent is the applicable legal basis.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the channels listed in this policy. We may request additional information to confirm your identity before responding, precisely to protect your data.
If our response does not resolve your request, you may also petition Brazil's National Data Protection Authority. Deletion may be refused when retention is required to meet a legal obligation, exercise rights or satisfy another situation allowed by law.
10. Children and adolescents
This website is not specifically directed to children or adolescents and does not intentionally request data from them. If you are a legal guardian and believe that a child or adolescent submitted personal data without appropriate guidance, contact us so that we can assess the situation and take the appropriate steps.
11. Links to other websites
This website links to third-party destinations, including technical documentation and Daen official channels. When you follow one of those links, data processing is governed by the destination's policy, which we do not control.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be revised to reflect changes to the website, the law or contracted services. The date at the top identifies the current version.
